HBB87230 1/72 UH-1F Huey
The Bell UH-1 Iroquois is better known as the Huey and is one of the most famous helicopters in the world, thanks to its extensive use in the Vietnam war and many TV and film appearances. The Huey was general purpose helicopter that could be adapted for most battlefield roles. It's perhaps most well known roles are troop transport and medical evacuation. Some however, like the UH-1C were modified as dedicated gunships carry a mix of guns and rockets for close support work.
The UH-1F was a later model Huey with uprated engine.
Hobby Boss are a relatively new company to us in Western Europe. They are from China and are connected with Trumpeter. Hobby Boss are known for producing well engineered kits with a good level of detail.
This particular kit looks very well detailed and should build into a nice model.
There are markings are provided for 2 different helicopters of the US Air Force.
